We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join a mission-driven community health organization located in Madera, CA . This full-time role focuses on providing high-quality, comprehensive care to children and adolescents in a primary care setting.

You ll be joining one of the most respected Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) in the state an award-winning, nonprofit system with a long-standing commitment to accessible and affordable care. The organization operates numerous medical and dental clinics, school-based programs, and outreach services that improve health outcomes across Central California.

Position Details :

Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

Patient Volume : Approximately patients per day

Scope of Practice Includes :

Sick-child visits

Child wellness exams

School and sports physicals

Immunizations

Vision and hearing screenings

Management of acute illnesses and chronic conditions

Family education and preventive care guidance

You will be part of a supportive, collaborative pediatric team working in a patient-centered environment that emphasizes quality, continuity, and compassion.

Compensation & Benefits :

Base Salary : Starting at $140,000+ annually , commensurate with experience

Vacation :

15 working days per year, increasing to 4 weeks after 3 years of service

Accrual policy based on organization guidelines

All unused, accrued vacation is paid upon separation

Sick Leave : Provided in accordance with organizational policy

Paid Holidays : Included per full-time provider handbook

Professional Fees :

State licensure, DEA, and one professional membership covered

Recertification expenses included

Continuing Medical Education (CME) :

5 days of paid CME leave annually

Up to $2,100 per year for approved CME expenses

Insurance Coverage :

Medical, dental, and vision insurance for the provider with family options available

Life insurance and long-term disability coverage included

Enrollment required within 30 days of hire

Retirement Plan :

403(b) retirement plan

Employer match of 100% up to 5% of annual salary

Productivity Bonus :

$10 per encounter for patient visits exceeding 22 per day

Calculated and paid quarterly (must be employed at the time of payout)
