DESCRIPTION :
- 12-week (16 weeks for new graduates) fellowship program consisting of in-class education, computer modules, simulation, and precepting within the CVOR department.
- Candidates without CVOR experience and new graduate RNs are welcome to apply.
- BSN preferred.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the State of Florida.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
- ALS certification to be obtained during the program.
- Fellowship agreement includes a 2-year employment commitment to remain in CVOR in a full-time position after completion of training.
- Intermediate computer knowledge : Uses Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.

QUALIFICATIONS :
