Your Responsibilities :

  • Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work
  • Display the highest standards of professionalism and integrity with all customers and colleagues
  • Act as an empathetic problem solver for commercial clients by utilizing our comprehensive training to provide tailored pest control solutions
  • Meet sales targets by pursuing new business and managing assigned leads
  • Utilize marketing resources to enhance business development
  • Conduct thorough property inspections—training provided!
  • Make informed recommendations based on your inspections, addressing client questions, outlining solutions, and ensuring peace of mind
  • Use provided iPad for sales agreements and stay organized, with training included

  • Base salary plus uncapped commission
  • Estimated annual earnings range from $70,000 to $100,000

  • Qualifications :

  • No prior experience required; sales background preferred
  • Experience in cold calling and territory management is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent necessary
  • Valid driver's license essential
  • Ability to obtain pesticide license / certification (covered by the company)
  • Comfortable working independently in the field and engaging with customers in diverse settings
  • Physical Demands and Working Conditions :

    Candidates must meet the physical and safety demands of the job with or without accommodations :

  • Safely utilize ladders within the manufacturer's weight limits
  • Occasionally lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
  • Access varied environments including attics and crawl spaces, requiring climbing, bending, and crawling
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including potentially an OSHA-compliant respirator
  • Willingness to work in diverse weather conditions
