LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role is 100% onsite and the candidate MUST HAVE High-Volume Accounts Payable and LEGAL / Law Firm experience.

Worksite Location : Fort Lauderdale, FL

Pay : $24-$26 / hour (DOE) - Plus eligible for Overtime

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 30 AM-5 : 30 PM (on-site)

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all aspects of accounts payable, including setting up and maintaining vendor records
• Review vendor statements (do not pay directly from statements)
• Ensure compliance with W-9 and 1099 requirements
• Process employee expense reimbursements
• Handle scheduled check runs twice a month, plus urgent check requests
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve invoice issues
