Our client is a technology-driven company at the heart of the diamond industry. We design innovative e-commerce and supply chain platforms that seamlessly connect manufacturers, retailers, and consumers, transforming the jewelry buying and distribution experience.
The company is located in Manhattan. This is an Hybrid role – 3 days / week onsite.
The Role
As a Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager , you will be responsible for building best-in-class BI and analytics capabilities across the group. Leveraging our strong data engineering foundation and rich ecosystem of data assets, you will transform data into actionable insights through advanced reporting, modeling, and thought leadership—while driving a data-driven culture across the organization.
You will work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, and other teams to turn measurement into action and enable smarter, faster decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement analytics pipelines to turn raw data into actionable recommendations.
- Develop, support, and maintain a wide range of dashboards and reports with strong analytical rigor and visual clarity.
- Mentor and train associates, while setting data governance standards to strengthen the company’s analytics culture.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify business challenges, design quantitative solutions, and translate them into requirements for Data Engineering.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data assets .
- Deliver ad-hoc research and analytics, presenting strategic insights to business leaders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.6+ years of progressive experience in analytics roles, including managing direct reports.Expert-level skills in SQL and Tableau, with the ability to teach and mentor others.Hands-on experience with data science modeling in R or Python.Proven track record across multiple analytics domains (revenue management, forecasting, digital optimization, segmentation, assortment planning, etc.).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex data in clear, compelling ways.Strong initiative, independence, and ability to thrive in ambiguity.Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.Hoxton Circle is an equal opportunity employer.
