Senior Salesforce & nCino Solution Architect (Hybrid - Columbia, SC)
The Salesforce & nCino Solution Architect designs and delivers scalable, secure, and integrated lending solutions across Salesforce and nCino platforms. This role ensures seamless alignment of CRM, origination, and credit workflows within the loan origination system (LOS), while enabling real-time data exchange through APIs and middleware. As a technical leader, the architect drives platform governance, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and ensures a unified, data-driven, and compliant loan origination experience.
What You'll Do :
- Lead end-to-end architecture design for Salesforce and nCino, covering data models, APIs, integrations, security, automation, and custom development.
- Architect and manage API-driven integrations with external systems (e.g., core banking, data warehouse, compliance tools).
- Collaborate with middleware teams (e.g., MuleSoft, AWS API Gateway) to ensure secure, real-time data exchange.
- Establish and enforce technical governance, including naming conventions, design patterns, and coding standards.
- Align architecture with Salesforce Well-Architected Framework principles.
- Model loan origination workflows and guide teams on nCino data structures, templates, and document integration.
- Implement robust security frameworks using Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, and Shield Encryption.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to product owners and business stakeholders.
- Partner with Enterprise Architects to align CRM and LOS strategies with broader enterprise goals.
What You'll Need :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.8+ years in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and platform governance.3+ years of hands-on experience with nCino (Commercial and Consumer).5+ years of MuleSoft experienceProven experience designing and deploying API integrations across enterprise systems.Salesforce Certified Application Architect; Integration Architect certification preferred.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
