There is ample room for professional growth : you can expand your skills in geriatric assessment, pursue certifications in wound care or palliative care, take on leadership or preceptor roles, and contribute to staff development programs. The position emphasizes mentorship and continuous learning, with access to training resources and support for specialty interests within long-term care. You'll benefit from competitive compensation and a comprehensive package designed to help you grow-this includes a sign-on bonus where available, housing assistance, and opportunities to extend assignments with preferred facilities.
