Job description

Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert is working with a well-known firm in Texas to support an ERP System Implementation on a consulting basis.

Client is searching for an AWS Cloud Developer, ideally with certifications, to support these efforts on a contract basis for now, with potential to go permanent based off of project and client needs.

Candidate will be required to :

  • Implementing standard AWS components such as VPC, security groups, load balances, EC2 services, AWS RDS database, SSL certifications, etc.
  • Conform ERP implementation to current client application stack - automated and re-executable package of pipelines and CDK scripts
  • Developing CDK Scripts in Python or Javascript
  • Configuration management for client infrastructure
  • Additional duties as assigned

Candidate should have :

  • 10+ years of experience overall in information technology and development
  • 5+ years of cloud experience, ideally with cloud development in an AWS environment
  • Strong previous experience developing CDK scripts in an AWS environment
  • Previous experience completing configuration management
  • Additional experience working to support an ERP implementation, ideally with Microsoft, Sage, or NetSuite experience
  • External consulting experience strongly preferred
  • AWS Certified Developer - Associate accreditation not required but strongly preferred
  • Ability to travel 10-15% as needed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
