Job Description

As a Remote Client Service Travel Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients while delivering unparalleled service.

This remote position requires a detail-oriented individual with a deep understanding of travel logistics and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Relationship Management : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their travel preferences, and curating personalized itineraries to meet their needs and desires.

Travel Planning : Utilize your expertise in travel logistics to research destinations, accommodation, transportation options, and activities, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for clients.

Communication Excellence : Engage with clients via various channels including email, phone calls, and virtual meetings, providing expert guidance, answering inquiries, and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.

Vendor Coordination : Liaise with travel vendors such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators to secure bookings, negotiate rates, and resolve any issues that may arise during the travel planning process.

Problem Solving : Proactively anticipate and troubleshoot any potential issues or challenges related to travel arrangements, offering creative solutions to ensure client satisfaction.

Sales Support : Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling additional travel services or packages, maximizing revenue potential and enhancing the overall client experience.

Requirements

Requirements :

  • Previous experience in client service, customer support, or related fields preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.
