Product Management at Capital One is a booming, vibrant craft that requires reimagining the status quo, finding value creation opportunities, and driving innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology. Our Commercial Bank organization is building new and streamlined experiences to improve how we onboard our business clients and their users to our banking platform. We are a fully integrated Product, Design & Tech team building both client-facing and associate-facing experiences, as well as the back-end services to support variable and complex client onboarding and communications needs. As part of the Product Management - Commercial Banking team, you will :

• Deliver products to support the strategy and operations for a Top 10 Commercial Bank
• Craft strategies that equip the Bank to deliver tailored solutions for clients, build a world class team of financial advisors, and enable a market-leading operation for the origination and management of loans, treasury, and capital markets products
• Build "always on" technologies to increase profitability and empower associates
• Reduce operational risks through strengthening controls and monitoring of key processes
• Own the strategy and delivery of new products and features in partnership with technology teams and collaborate with Product, Tech, and Design partners in the ecosystem to deliver shared outcomes

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Charlotte, NC : $99,100 - $113,100 for Sr. Associate, Product Management

McLean, VA : $109,000 - $124,400 for Sr. Associate, Product Management

Richmond, VA : $99,100 - $113,100 for Sr. Associate, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
