We're seeking a dynamic digital relationship builder to serve as Assistant Director, leveraging social media channels to transform online interactions into meaningful alumni engagement.

In this exciting role, you'll pioneer virtual relationship-building strategies, moving alumni along the engagement continuum through innovative digital approaches. Rather than traditional in-person events, you'll harness the power of social media analytics to create personalized connection experiences that inform, involve, and invest alumni in Lehigh's mission.

Position Number : S85920

This position is a Grade : 8 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $46,870 - $56,250 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute digital engagement strategies across social media platforms
• Transform online interactions into lasting alumni relationships through virtual connection building
• Support major initiatives including Giving Day, crowdfunding campaigns, and GO : The Campaign for Lehigh
• Create and implement actionable analytics frameworks to measure engagement outcomes
• Collaborate with Alumni Relations team on experimental digital approaches and innovative projects
• Support Development and Alumni Relations key initiatives, major events, and department-wide projects
