SUMMARY : Assist the surgical team to prepare operating room and patient for surgery, assist surgeon during surgery, assist with patient transfer / transport, room and equipment cleanup. Assist surgeon in outpatient clinic with exams and procedures.

Required Education / Training : Graduate of an accredited school of surgical technology or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Required Licensure / Certification / Registration : BLS Healthcare Provider

Preferred Education / Training : Associate's degree

Preferred Experience : Recent scrub experience

Preferred Licensure / Certification / Registration : Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
