Role and Responsibilities
This position will support the People Analytics team and is responsible for providing key insights through the analysis of data. We are seeking a People Analytics Analyst to join the People Team's HR Strategy & Analytics team in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
This role will focus on leveraging data to drive strategic HR initiatives by analyzing workforce trends, employee performance metrics, and organizational effectiveness. The incumbent will collaborate with HR leaders to deliver actionable insights that enhance workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement strategies.
Furthermore, these analyses help business leaders make informed decisions based on evidence in data across people and in competing in the external market.

Samsung offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $105,000 for this role, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), employee purchase program, tuition assistance, paid time off, and more.
