As part of our Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) division, you'll contribute to life-saving innovations that treat irregular heart rhythms, heart failure, and help prevent sudden cardiac arrest. As a Territory Manager, you'll represent a portfolio of these life-changing technologies in a defined geographic regiondeveloping strong clinical partnerships, driving strategic sales, and supporting procedures that directly improve patients' lives.
Your Responsibilities Will Include :
- Drive sales by scheduling and conducting calls with current and prospective customers to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and unit targets
- Develop and execute strategic, data-informed territory sales plans based on product positioning, market competition, and customer needs
- Engage hospital personnel and physicians through consultative conversations to understand procedural volume, product usage, and unmet needsand align Boston Scientific solutions accordingly
- Resolve product-related issues and service concerns through innovative thinking and collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, pricing, and clinical research
- Expand access and visibility by developing strong relationships across hospital departments, including identifying key purchasing influencers and decision-makers
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that educate clinicians and support the adoption of our CRM technologies
- Oversee and manage clinical resources to support device implants, programming, troubleshooting, and follow-up care across the territory
- Provide direct support during device implants in hospital labs and operating rooms, followed by ongoing engagement to ensure long-term patient and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent clinical or sales experience5 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical field salesStrong technical aptitude with the ability to confidently explain and support complex product solutionsWillingness to participate in a 24 / 7 / 365 rotational call schedule with your sales teamFlexibility to work variable hours and complete an extensive onboarding and training programPreferred Qualifications :
Master's degree or MBAExperience in Structural Heart, Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology, or related fieldsPrior experience supporting cardiovascular device implantation
