Project Manager Specializing In Outsystems Development
As a Project Manager specializing in Outsystems development, you will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering successful development projects. This position offers a balanced work-life integration and requires strong project management skills and technical proficiency in Outsystems. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus.
In this role, you will :
Lead project planning sessions to ensure timely delivery of Outsystems development projects.
Oversee the progress of projects and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve project goals.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project success.
Monitor project performance and implement necessary adjustments.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Develop project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders.
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate techniques.
Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
Ensure resource availability and allocation for project tasks.
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

What you must have to be considered :
Bachelor's or Master's degree (engineering or science related degree preferred but not mandatory).
Strong experience in Outsystems development demonstrating technical proficiency.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Certifications Required :
Certified Outsystems Professional Developer

Salary and Other Compensation
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
