Role Description

We are seeking a personable, reliable, and motivated Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This is a part-time, on-site role with potential to grow into a full-time position. You'll greet patients, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, verify insurances, and create a five-star experience for everyone who walks through our doors. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for our patients and ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations.

• Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and compassionate with every patient
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, honest, and proactive with a strong work ethic
• Associate's degree or equivalent
• Must be able to reliably commute to our location
• Previous experience in a dental, healthcare office, or customer service setting is preferred but not required
