Job description
A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls regarding healthcare benefits, including Medicare enrollments and claims
Provide thorough explanations of Medicare Part D and Part C programs, addressing customer inquiries
Utilize multiple systems to ensure accurate information and strive for one-call resolution
Required Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or college degree
Successful completion of a customer service assessment and typing test
Mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance required
Completion of a background check is necessary
Must have a home internet connection with specified speed requirements
