A company is looking for a Client Experience Director to oversee the development and support of customer service teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Train, motivate, and guide a team of Customer Service coaches

Drive initiatives that enhance client experience outcomes and align with operational goals

Evaluate and improve coaching, quality, recognition, and accountability approaches

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing large teams in a service delivery environment

2+ years of experience leading and developing people managers

Proven track record in people-first customer service environments

Ability to build trust and develop employees, including existing leaders

Demonstrated integrity, adaptability, and a positive attitude
