Summary
We're looking for a social media marketing lead to help define and develop an outstanding social media presence for supporting our fashion categories including sneakers, streetwear, jewelry, handbags and watches.
This includes all social channels : existing to emerging.
Responsible for managing the fashion category social strategy including the development of social and influencer briefs, content curation, plan and lead on-the-ground activations at culturally relevant events.
Participate in agency briefings; align with marketing, business and cross-functional partners to adapt initiatives into robust, measurable strategic social plans and editorial calendars.
Synthesize multiple data inputs (paid and organic, influencer reports, internal dashboards, market trends) for actionable insights and reporting to present iterative content strategy.
Work directly with focus category social lead to support holistic fashion social strategy needs. Work directly with brand marketing, comms, internal and external creative teams and partners to drive brand and campaign objectives.
Bring creative solutions to business and marketing initiatives. Forge and foster a community of fashion enthusiasts across relevant platforms.
The skills you need to nail this job :
- 6+ years Social Media management experience
- Budgeting experience
- Stays current with social platform tech and trend developments and standard methodologies to push innovative concepts and test / learn campaigns
- Deep social media expertise establishing channel best practices
- Analytics specialist; you make data-driven decisions and continually look for ways to optimize strategy and tactics
- Proactive leader and responsive planner; Confidently lead projects end-to-end, managing stakeholders, achieving clarity and continue progressing forward to meet the speed of business
- Determined self-starter; Fully owns scope and doesn't passively wait for instruction.
- Ideate and concept content briefs that deliver on business and marketing objectives while being informed by platform best practices and audience behavior
- Understanding of paid media principles and content strategy nuances to support paid social campaigns
- Partner with extensive list of cross-functional teams including Brand Marketing, Media Planning, Comms and Growth (among others) to plan, execute, measure and present campaign / owned social strategy performance
- Solid understanding for the nuances of the social channels and how to adapt and improve content per channel
- Extremely process and results driven constantly strive to optimize for speed and impact
- Experience managing a community manager
- Experience with influencer affiliate marketing is a plus

We are looking for an upbeat, dynamic, innovative, creative and personable individual who is highly involved and very passionate about the ecommerce and recommerce space, as well as the traditional retail calendar.
Work in fashion / luxury space inclusive of watches, handbags, jewelry, sneakers and streetwear is a plus.
