Allied Universal is currently hiring a Regional Vice President. The Regional Vice President partners with the President of the Region to lead all strategic and operational functions for multiple branch locations and client sites throughout a designated territory. As a senior leader you will develop and retain profitable business growth by delivering world-class service to all clients. Responsibilities

Caring Leadership, Client Engagement and Operational Oversight :

• Lead and mentor a team of General and Branch Managers by providing coaching, support, and recognition, while fostering accountability. Encourage a collaborative and inclusive work environment to promote teamwork, open communication, and professional development
• Travel to client locations and industry events to enhance customer relationships, resolve critical issues, and ensure client and employee satisfaction
• Deliver high-quality service to our clients by strategically leading the region's security operations, while maintaining industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Analyze, report, and drive operational metrics and KPI's using Allied Universal's Business Intelligence Platform, maximizing efficiency and productivity
• Identify and mitigate security risks; develop and implement security protocols, training, and response plans

Law enforcement, military, and / or contract or proprietary security services experience
