Electro-Mechanical Assembler
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling complex mechanical and electrical components into finished systems or subassemblies. This is an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with precision equipment in a modern, climate-controlled facility.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble electro-mechanical components and systems according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructionsPerform wiring, soldering, and mechanical assembly using hand and power toolsInspect and test completed assemblies for functionality and quality complianceTroubleshoot and resolve assembly issues in collaboration with engineering and quality teamsMaintain accurate records of work performed and materials usedFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work areaQualifications
Required :
High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly or a related fieldAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematicsPreferred :
Experience with IPC soldering standards or similar certificationsFamiliarity with lean manufacturing and quality control processesSkills & Competencies
Strong manual dexterity and attention to detailBasic understanding of electrical and mechanical systemsAbility to use hand tools, crimpers, multimeters, and soldering equipmentEffective communication and teamwork skillsWhat We Offer
