Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 a.m. - 3 : 30 p.m.

Pay Range : $17.00 - $17.50 per hour

We are currently seeking a Paintline Worker to support our production team on 1st shift . This role is an important part of our manufacturing process, ensuring that all parts coming off our paint line are handled with care, accuracy, and pride. You'll be responsible for unhooking painted parts, verifying that each part matches production paperwork, and ensuring they are properly labeled and prepared for the next stage of production or shipment.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a warm environment due to the heat generated by the paint line oven. Accuracy is essential - you'll need to confidently read production prints, complete required paperwork, and count parts correctly to maintain quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities :

• Safely remove and unhook painted parts from the paint line.
• Verify part numbers and labeling to ensure accuracy.
• Read and follow production prints, work orders, and related documentation.
• Accurately complete required paperwork for each job.
• Count parts correctly and ensure quantities match documentation.
• Handle materials safely and maintain an organized work area.
• Work efficiently while maintaining a focus on quality and detail.
• Lift up to 70 pounds occasionally and work comfortably in warm conditions.
