Agency Ownership
Retail Agency : Sign on bonus with financial marketing support; no limit on earning capacity; lead your team; be your own boss;
build your agency in your local community
Protege Agency Producer Program : Grow your skills and business knowledge with a Farmer's mentor agent
Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
- Serve as an attentive listener when communicating with new and potential clients to accurately identify their unique needs before pursuing specific insurance sales
- Originate insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable
- Must be a superb communicator, able to analyze complex ideas, and possess a business development and customer service background
- Be able to obtain or currently hold a Property & Casualty / Life & Health insurance license(s)
- High school or Associates / Bachelors degree
