Member Service Representative - $25 / HR

Answering 30-40 calls / day from their MHCP (Minnesota Health Care Programs) product. This is a set of public healthcare programs administered by the Minnesota Department of Human Services and provide coverage to Families with children, adults, people with disabilities, and seniors. These plans cover medical, dental, pharmacy, and additional support services.

• MUST HAVES

1+ year of call center experience

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00 / hr.
