Job description

Global womenswear and streetwear brand, Naked Wardrobe, is seeking a highly experienced Graphic Designer. In this role, you’ll own the digital storytelling of Naked Wardrobe. This is a key leadership role responsible for concepting and executing campaigns, product drops, and brand visuals across digital and physical platforms. From paid media to packaging, you'll bring a clean, confident, and elevated aesthetic to everything you touch — while guiding junior designers and collaborating cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the overall digital direction of campaigns, collections, and brand initiatives
  • Design assets across digital and print : email, paid ads, web, packaging, lookbooks, social, events, and more
  • Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and ecomm teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling across platforms
  • Concept seasonal campaign identities and evolve the brand’s creative toolkit
  • Maintain brand consistency while pushing boundaries and exploring new visual styles
  • Support on set with layout guides, moodboards, and asset planning when needed
  • Stay ahead of fashion, digital, and design trends to keep Naked Wardrobe’s visual voice fresh and relevant

Requirements

  • 4+ years of graphic design experience
  • Fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand experience highly preferred
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) & Figma
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates a refined aesthetic, typographic excellence, and campaign execution across channels
  • Understanding of paid media formats, responsive email design, and social-first creative
  • Passion for the fashion space and a sharp eye for detail, composition, and brand identity
  • Strong communication and project management skills — you can balance vision with deadlines
