What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.

Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to assist with access control and help to deter unauthorized entry.

Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.

Assist visitors and staff with general inquiries and provide directions within the location as needed.

Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client staff to maintain open communication regarding site-specific concerns.

Complete all required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly.

Minimum Requirements :

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
