Job Description
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing a small team of Sr. Account Executives who are focused on closing new business within Enterprise Accounts.
- The Sales Manager will be coaching and supporting their team on account strategy to achieve their annual subscription targets and services goals.
- The Sales Manager must be seen as a trusted resource that can understand client needs and objectives, drive business plans and flag any potential at-risk accounts that need escalation.
Requirements
5+ years of experience carrying a quota and exceeding individual sales goals within a service-based or consultative sales environment3+ years managing a team of account executives, ideally focused on enterprise accountsPrevious experience working within the tech or security space preferredConfidence and ability to facilitate executive level conversations around various topics with subject-matter expertsLocation
Hybrid work environment; Reporting to a Boston-based office 2-3 times per week. Travel 25% to within Territory as needed
