Summary

We’re searching for an enthusiastic professional for our next sales development representative who is ready to prospect new customers to help support business growth. You’ll need strong persuasion skills to turn potential customer prospects into qualified leads. Our ideal candidate has previously worked in a Real Estate related role , is an excellent dealmaker, and loves talking to people on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation and Prospecting : Identifying and researching potential leads from various sources such as event attendance lists and brokerage websites
• Outreach and Communication : Reaching out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce the company and its products and services
• Qualifying Leads : Assessing the needs, use case, and budget of leads to determine their suitability as clients
• Scheduling Meetings : Setting up meetings between prospective clients and the sales team
• Collaborating with Sales and Marketing Teams : Working closely with sales and marketing to align strategies and initiatives for generating leads and increasing sales
• Market Analysis : Keeping up to date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new business opportunities
• CRM Management : Maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities using the CRM
• Feedback and Reporting : Providing feedback from potential clients to enhance product / service performance and delivery
• Achieving Targets : Meeting or exceeding monthly targets set by management
• Other duties as assigned by management
• Locate and generate lucrative sales leads for our company's salesforce to pursue and ultimately close
• Maintain a close watch for what the competition is offering, and build a plan to sell to prospects
• Work with sales management to reach goals and improve the sales process
