Senior Manager, Real Estate - PMD
The Senior Manager, Real Estate will be responsible for managing the company's real estate portfolio, including evaluating properties for development or disposition, communicating with internal partners and customers, and negotiating short-term uses for properties. The role also involves managing cost of construction, planning the resolution of real estate matters, and collaborating with government agencies to enhance company reputation and reduce corporate expenditures. The position is located in Bentonville, Arkansas and reports to the Director, Architecture.
Responsibilities include : managing the real estate portfolio, managing cost of construction, planning the resolution of real estate matters, managing deal negotiations and due diligence, driving compliance strategies, executing business plans and projects, providing supervision and development opportunities for associates, and promoting and supporting company policies.
Qualifications include : a bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field, 8+ years of experience in real estate development, construction, or a related field, proven track record of successfully managing real estate portfolios and negotiating deals, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong leadership and management skills, experience with construction contracts, change orders, and project management, familiarity with government agencies and regulations, strong business acumen and understanding of financial and operational metrics, and ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
