Windows Systems Administrator (Endpoint Management)

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Windows Systems Administrator to support enterprise-wide endpoint systems, including PCs, mobile devices, and printers. You'll join the Endpoint Client Management team responsible for maintaining reliable, secure, and efficient end-user computing across the organization.

This role focuses on Windows 11 , Windows 365 , Active Directory , Intune , and VDI (VMware Horizon / Ominissa) administration, with additional responsibilities in ServiceNow asset management (CMDB discoveries) .

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support Windows endpoint systems and virtual desktop environments.

Administer Active Directory, Intune, and Conditional Access policies.

Perform provisioning and lifecycle management using LiquidWare or similar tools.

Conduct ServiceNow discovery scans for hardware / software assets.

Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint performance and access issues.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Windows Systems Administrator or similar role.

Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Windows 365, AD / Azure AD, Intune, and Conditional Access.

Experience with VMware Horizon (VDI) and ServiceNow Asset Management.

Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
