• not sales. You'll be the first point of contact for residents seeking FEMA disaster relief, helping guide them toward the resources they need to recover and rebuild.

• What You'll Do
• Walk assigned neighborhoods and engage residents directly.
• Share vital information about FEMA disaster relief programs.
• Collect contact details and assess interest in follow-up support.
• Build trust through respectful, empathetic conversations.
• Log visits and share resources using mobile tools.
• Distribute flyers and educational materials.
• Refer complex cases to specialized staff.
• Submit daily progress reports.

• Are able to walk and work outdoors in various conditions.
• Bonus Skills
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a big plus.
• Volunteer or outreach experience.

• This is an
• outdoor, field-based role
• requiring travel across neighborhoods in the counties listed above. Professional attire is required-you'll be representing a trusted relief effort and engaging directly with the community.
• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00 / hr.
