Optometrist

Currently seeking a Doctor of Optometry with a passion for delivering patient-centered care.

Job Summary :

Using commonly accepted practices, tools and techniques, the Optometrist (OD) will be expected to :

• Evaluate patient vision and health care needs.
• Document findings in patient records and consults with patient regarding the status and future requirements associated with their individualized vision care needs.
• Works closely with the office team to provide compassionate patient focused care.
• Team focused, personable, and passionate about providing friendly neighborhood eye care.

The office is not only established, but still growing. Because of this you will have the opportunity to practice general and medical optometry, with a consistent patient base.

My client’s practice is equipped with the latest in vision care technology and stocked with a large selection of quality eyewear.

Desired Education and Experience

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) Degree from an accredited institution.
• Active in state license.
• National Provider Identification (NPI) and TPA License required.
• Applicants pending the completion of education or certification / licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.

Prior clinical optometry experience in a retail, educational, or medical office setting a plus but not mandatory .
