Key Responsibilities
Utilize tracking software for presentation work and assess job requests for completion
Perform presentation design tasks, including creating and editing materials to support the client's brand
Communicate with team members and clients regarding job or deadline concerns and ensure timely service delivery
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of presentation experience, preferably in a legal, banking, or corporate environment
Advanced skills in MS Office software and proficiency in Adobe PDF & Creative Suite
Ability to handle sensitive documents and maintain confidentiality
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
