Signature HealthCARE - Excelerated Care is a designated short stay unit specializing in rehabilitation and clinical services for those recovering from a surgery, illness, injury, or a recent hospital stay. The unit is comprised of dedicated staff, private suites, select dining options, and much more to assist patient's road to recovery so we can "Move them Forward" to their next destination!

Signature HealthCARE is a family-based healthcare company that offers integrated services in 7 states across the continuum of care : skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted living, memory care, home health, cognitive care, and telemedicine.

How you Will make a difference

• Provide direct and compassionate care to our patients and residents maintaining the highest degree of quality.
• Supervision of day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines and regulations and as required by Director of Nursing.
• Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.
