This role focuses on supporting healthcare professionals with clinical and financial applications related to patient care and enterprise health records.
As a member of our Client Services team, your responsibilities will include :
- Troubleshooting, researching, and resolving customer software and system issues.
- Acting as the primary contact for clients.
- Answering customer inquiries.
- Processing requests for software enhancements and system modifications.
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, fax, and letters.
- Providing customer education internally and at customer sites.
- Participating in group projects and coordinating with development staff.
- Mentoring co-workers.
- Traveling 20-30% as needed.
Requirements include :
Experience in healthcare settings (nursing, pharmacy, radiology, etc.) is a plus but not required; training will be provided.Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred, or relevant training or military experience.Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and in teams, multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Proof of vaccination may be required for travel, unless exempted for medical or religious reasons.Salary range : $52,800 - $63,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.

This is a hybrid role combining in-office and remote work.
