A company is looking for a Licensed Client Engagement Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls with clients, addressing inquiries related to financial planning and insurance coverage
Initiate calls and emails to manage the client pipeline and respond to marketing campaigns
Collaborate with team members to achieve workflow objectives and maintain subject matter expertise in products and services
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry
Ability to quickly learn complex program and product knowledge
FINRA Series 6 / 63 and Life and Health licenses required or to be obtained within 90 days of hire
Flexibility to work a full-time schedule between 9 : 30 a.m. and 6 : 00 p.m. CENTRAL, Monday through Friday
