Job description
  • Description : * Performs a wide range of advanced analytical, administrative and technical support activities for functional areas (i.e. Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, etc.) or for specific project / business / technical unit. Assignments may involve work of a confidential nature and require knowledge of the practices and procedures of the function, business unit and company policies and programs. May act as liaison between customers / employees and department plans / programs. This position is primarily responsible for varied or specialized transactional duties related to a program or major functional area of the department. This position is responsible for developing and managing communications and coordinating logistics associated with training. Responsibilities : Maintains continuous lines of communication between the Training Department and the discipline department leaders and front-line employees to schedule and track training, resolve training issues, obtain feedback, conduct meetings and educate personnel on the training and qualification process. • Responding to email inquiries • Managing the training calendar • Leads logistics coordination for training events including the following : o Maintaining event attendee database o Managing training attendance documents and resources o Creating and updating individualized schedules for participants and facilitators o Managing document distribution to appropriate audiences o Develops a working knowledge of training curriculum and team resources. High school graduate / GED plus four (4) years experience in advanced administrative positions OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Four (4) years experience using Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications (or similar computer applications). Knowledge in a specialized department function including department practices, programs, plans and policies. Knowledge of computer systems and applications related to department or function support. Ability to analyze data and formulate conclusions. Ability to prepare reports, trends and / or recommendations. Ability to present ideas in an effective manner, orally and in writing. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of employees and the general public and summarizes data to create a wide variety of reports, charts and presentations for management review, meetings and events. *Skills : * success factors, o365, Technical support, Help desk, Office 365, successfactors, Troubleshooting, Support, LMS, training support *Top Skills Details : * success factors,o365,Technical support,Help desk,Office 365,successfactors *Additional Skills & Qualifications : * for the program- SCORE_ Supply chain optimization project, cloud based program in Azure Knowledge and Skills • Excellent organizational, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. • Detail oriented • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in collaboration with others. • Exceptional follow-up and follow-through • Ability to plan and balance many projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining high standards of quality. • Familiarity with SuccessFactors LMS • PowerBi experience and knowledge • Proficiency in Office 365 • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy • High level of professionalism, respect, and customer service *Experience Level : * Entry Level About TEKsystems : We're partners in transformation.
