Description :
Provide support and assistance to patients receiving physical therapy services at home.
Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the supervising therapist.
Educate patients and their families on exercises and home care strategies.
Maintain accurate documentation and records of patient treatments and progress.
Demonstrate empathy and compassion when working with patients.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control practices.
