Stock Clerk

We are now hiring for a Stock Clerk. Do you enjoy physical labor? Are you looking for work that encompasses both working in a team and individually? This may be the position for you! The Stock Clerk's main duties are to breakdown the truck shipments load, stock all departments from the shipment neatly, clean up the store after the shipment is complete, help customers locate what they need, tidy up (face product), work backstock to the shelves and other various tasks as needed. Requirements are : must be 18 or older, be able to do full physical work for up to 8 hours and able to lift 40+ pounds. Prior stocking or grocery store experience is a plus. Hours needed are : Tuesday mornings typically starting at 5am for up to 8 hours, Friday mornings typically starting at 5am for up to 8 hours. This position is for about 15 hours per week, however, there is an opportunity for more hours in the grocery store if desired. At Thrifty Foods, our main goal is customer service.
