The Work : We are looking for a Quality Analyst to support the LM Rotary & Mission Systems (RMS) programs in Syracuse, NY. The candidate will operate in a dynamic environment with cross-functional teams to help deliver solutions to complex data problems. Our focus and objectives are to utilize data to produce insights that drive business decisions and efficiency through the organization. This position will be focused on analyzing site level manufacturing data, specifically COPQ data (DPTH, Scrap, Rework), prepare summaries, report action plans to Senior Leadership, and facilitate our Monthly Corrective Action Board Activities. Desired Skills : - Strong communication and presentation skills - Experience creating Tableau dashboards, SAP / ERP, and SharePoint experience - Demonstrated ability to use causal analysis tools to analyze and resolve technical / process issues varying from basic to very complex - Strong problem solving and solution development skills - Demonstrated ability to recommend sound / effective problem resolutions with clear and concise direction for efficient execution of directives -Previous experience in manufacturing and / or quality including inspection, testing, and certification of products -ISO / AS9100 knowledge - Lean / Six Sigma black (or green) belt

Pay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $60,600 - $106,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
