Job description

Customer Service Representative - Automotive Support Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Join our dynamic team where every call is an opportunity to make a difference!

  • What You'll Do :
  • Coordinate airbag recall appointments and provide accurate dealership details.
  • Handle 30-40 calls per shift, assisting customers with recalls, warranties, and radio code inquiries.
  • Document customer concerns thoroughly to create detailed and actionable cases.
  • Resolve or escalate cases by offering clear, helpful information and support.
  • Collaborate with teammates to share feedback and grow professionally.
  • Manage settlement-related calls with empathy and professionalism.
  • Support claims processing by providing complete and accurate information.
  • Navigate call center software to manage customer interactions and data efficiently.
  • Meet performance goals in call handling, customer satisfaction, and resolution metrics.
  • Use multiple systems and screens to assist customers with speed and precision.
  • Schedule :
  • Must be available Monday-Friday between 6 : 00 AM and 5 : 00 PM (various shifts)

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.50 / hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job

classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
