The Role
Note - This is not an IT Implementation position. We are looking for candidates with on-site construction and MEP experience.
We’re hiring an Implementation Manager to lead on-site installation teams for our water and energy conservation projects. This role oversees daily field operations, coordinates schedules, and manages a bilingual crew, requiring strong leadership, organization, and communication skills in both English and Spanish. The Implementation Manager plays a key role in driving successful project execution and team development while maintaining accountability and autonomy. This position is hybrid, as it requires extensive travel throughout the country, and will report to the VP of Implementation and Construction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leading up to 4+ person installation teams.
- Manage jobs from start to completion, including managing employees, inventory, vendors, and client communications.
- Communicate with clients regarding scheduling, progress updates, and issue resolution.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with company standards and safety policies.
- Coordinate daily logistics, including routing, materials management, and site readiness.
- Assist with installations, up to 50% of daily load.
- Serve as the main point of contact between field crews, and management.
- Maintain company equipment, including but not limited to tools, vehicles, lifts, housing, etc.
- Log and document completed work in our internal system in real time.
- Lead and supervise installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards.
- Ensure that team members have the information, tools, materials, and cooperation to complete the projects on time and within budget.
- Train and mentor team members on installation procedures, safety protocols, and customer service.
- Effectively communicate with your superiors as well as clients. Ensure any potential issues or possible changes to the scope of work are properly relayed and documented.
- Complete thorough and detailed punch walk for every project. Manage scheduling timeline of completion of any deficient items uncovered during punch walk.
Who You Are
5+ years of experience in field operations, handyman or trades work, plumbing / electrical installation, or HVAC systems.Proven success delivering projects on time, on budget, and leading high-performing teams.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to motivate and direct bilingual crews.Proficient with digital documentation and scheduling or field management software (preferred).Fluent in Spanish; familiar with national electrical and plumbing codes.Physically capable of lifting up to 95 lbs, climbing ladders, and performing physically active work.Willing to travel nationally up to 75%; valid driver’s license with a clean record.Compensation & Benefits
