Job descriptionProven experience in sales within the metal fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial sectors. Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes, materials, and industry standards. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Self-motivated with a results-oriented attitude. Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Competitive base salary + commissions! Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement : As part of your benefits package at Super Steel LLC, you will be eligible for an Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA). The monthly pre-tax reimbursement amount is determined by your age, while your spouse will receive $272, and each child will receive $135. Job Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the metal fabrication industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of metal fabrication processes, industry standards, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the metal fabrication sector.
- Identify, target, and establish relationships with new and existing clients, including manufacturing firms, construction companies, and industrial businesses.
- Present and promote our fabrication services, capabilities, and competitive advantages to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure customer specifications and deadlines are met.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Report on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management regularly.
- Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to expand the company's market presence.
