Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the metal fabrication industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of metal fabrication processes, industry standards, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the metal fabrication sector.
  • Identify, target, and establish relationships with new and existing clients, including manufacturing firms, construction companies, and industrial businesses.
  • Present and promote our fabrication services, capabilities, and competitive advantages to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure customer specifications and deadlines are met.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Report on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management regularly.
  • Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to expand the company's market presence.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in sales within the metal fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes, materials, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
