Patient Demographics : Typical internal medicine population, primarily older adults with multiple comorbidities (e.g., diabetes, arthritis, cardiovascular issues)Patient Load : 12-18 patients per day, depending on complexity and new patient statusClinical Support : Supported by MAs, RNs, and an APP in the clinic for optimized patient careElectronic Medical Records (EMR) : Facility uses Cerner for streamlined documentation and care coordinationRequirements
Board Certification : Required in Internal Medicine (Geriatric experience is a plus). Board-Certified Family Medicine physicians with strong IM experience will also be considered.Licensing : Active California medical license required at the time of submissionBLS Certification : RequiredBackground : Clean malpractice and background history preferred for a smooth credentialing processCompensation and Benefits
