Paradigm is looking for a skilled Cyber Security Engineer to support the development, testing, and enhancement of our client's proprietary security solutions built in-house. In this hands-on role, you’ll collaborate with engineering teams to design and build custom hardware appliances, applying your cybersecurity expertise where hardware meets software.

Requirements
Our skills and experience wish list includes : Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 10+ years of cybersecurity experience, ideally in embedded systems or application security Expertise with static / dynamic code analysis, fuzzing, reverse engineering, and vulnerability scanning tools Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, OWASP, and MITRE ATT&CK Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment Preferred : Experience with secure boot, TPM, HSM, or board-level security implementations Preferred : Knowledge of protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN) and secure firmware update mechanisms Preferred : Hands-on experience with hardware debugging tools (e.g., JTAG, logic analyzers) Certifications such as OSCP, CEH, or CISSP are a plus
