A day in this role

You’ll start your morning reviewing project timelines you’re leading, then open SolidWorks to iterate on a heavy-duty suspension component destined for off-highway mining equipment. By mid-morning, you’re running FEA to validate structural integrity and tuning hydraulic parameters to meet system sizing targets. After lunch, you meet with cross-functional partners to align on specifications and change requests. Before you wrap up, you build or refine a prototype test setup, translate insights into updated drawings and BOMs, and respond to a customer support inquiry with clear, technical guidance.
