Position Overview

A prominent plaintiff-focused law firm is seeking experienced Personal Injury or Workers' Compensation Attorneys or Employment Law  to join its litigation team. We are looking for professionals who are committed to advocating for injured clients with diligence, compassion, and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of personal injury or workers’ compensation cases from intake through settlement or trial.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare discovery.
• Represent clients in court, at depositions, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
• Maintain client relationships and keep clients informed on case progress.
• Collaborate with legal assistants and litigation teams to efficiently manage high caseloads.
