Job descriptionJuris Doctor (JD) degree and active Indiana Bar license. A minimum of 3-5 years of family law experience (preferred 5+ years). Strong negotiation and advocacy skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual in Spanish is a significant plus and will result in a higher salary. 3-5 years of experience : $100,000 - $120,000 base salary + quarterly performance-based bonuses. 5+ years of experience : $120,000 - $150,000 base salary + quarterly performance-based bonuses. Option to work from home one day per week. Competitive benefits package. Medical, Dental and Vision after 90 days probation Fidelity 401k, 3% match First year is 10 PTO, plus 5 sick days. PTO grows dependent on years with the firm. 11 paid holidays. All PTO is lost at the end of each calendar year if not used. PTO begins after 90 days with the firm as long as no extended probationary period is placed.
