Salesforce Business Analyst
Pittsburgh, PA (3 days' on-site)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience implementing functional solutions in Salesforce / CRM within a large org (More than 50 users)
- Strong knowledge of and proven experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and / or Salesforce CPQ
- Basic understanding of development tools and practices in Salesforce to facilitate the creation of use cases and the design of project requirements.
- Proven ability to utilize critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple requests
- Ability to understand declarative automation and functions within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers
- Ability to function as a Business Analyst using the typical suite of BA tools such as documentation and organization of workshops to gather business requirements
PREFERRED
Salesforce Admin and / or Advanced Admin CertificationsExperience with Integrations and third-party applications involving SalesforceExperience with Agile and / or Kanban development principlesExperience with Sales Acceleration and Marketing Automation platforms (Hubspot)BONUS SKILLS
Experience with SalesForce CPQExperience with Oracle Integration Cloud or similar middleware would be helpful.
