What You’re Good At
You’re a self-starter who takes pride in helping clients and managing details. You anticipate needs, take initiative, and build strong relationships with teammates, carriers, and customers. You understand personal lines coverage and enjoy finding ways to improve client protection through thoughtful service, endorsements, and cross-selling.
When you join us, we expect you to :
Manage personal lines accounts — policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and remarkets.Identify coverage gaps and recommend endorsements or policy upgrades to strengthen protection.Cross-sell additional lines (umbrella, renters, life) when appropriate.Maintain accurate documentation and follow-ups in Connect (our agency management system).Collaborate with teammates and carriers to resolve service issues efficiently.Keep up-to-date on carrier products, guidelines, and underwriting changes to serve clients effectively.Support claims processing, invoicing, and other client-related tasks as needed.What You’ll Bring to Our Team
2+ years of personal lines insurance experience (independent agency preferred)Active Maryland Property & Casualty license, or ability to obtain quicklyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organization, attention to detail, and time managementTech-savvy with agency systems (Connect experience a plus)Positive attitude, good judgment, and empathy when working with clientsDependability and a professional approach to client serviceIntegrity, accountability, and pride in your workApply Now
